Chris Veilleux brings a high-energy, athlete-first approach to Heavy Hitters, leading strength and agility development for youth baseball players. His training style is rooted in building powerful, well-rounded athletes through speed, strength, and movement-focused programming designed specifically for growing bodies. Chris has worked with a wide range of multi-sport athletes and understands how to train the body for long-term performance and injury prevention — not just short-term gains. His program is built to give young athletes the physical tools and confidence they need to thrive at the high school level and beyond.
In addition to working with the travel ball teams, Chris is also expanding the Heavy Hitters training program to include golfers and adults who want to improve or maintain their health through quality strength training. Whether it’s building explosiveness for the course or staying strong and mobile for everyday life, Chris is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and perform their best.
