CAMP REGISTRATION BEGINS MAY 1st -

YOUTH SOFTBALL SKILLS CAMPS

Heavy Hitters is pleased to offer our 4-day indoor/outdoor camps. These camps deliver instruction focused on basic fundamentals and mechanics in regards to hitting and defensive skills with Coach Stephanie Tofft Moore(Former professional and University of Florida D1 softball player). Campers will get to grow their skills with fast paced drills, high reps, and a positive, fun learning environment. Campers will get to work in the Heavy Hitters cages for the first two days of camp, then display their new and improved skills on the dirt for the final two days of camp (weather permitting).

DATES

Session 1: June 29- July 2, 2026 ($249 before June 1, 2026)

Session 2 July 20- July 23, 2026 ($249 before July 1, 2026)

AGES

This instructional camp provides age and skill specific training for players between the ages of 8-12 years old. Campers must be at least 8 years old on the day camp starts in order to participate.

COST & PAYMENT

The cost per session, per camper is $249* for Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Pizza lunch on the last day of camp (Thursday) and a Heavy Hitters T-shirt is also included in the price.

Acceptable forms of payment include Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

*After June 1, 2026, the cost for Session 1 is $259 per camper

*After July 1, the cost of Session 2 is $259 per camper

REGISTRATION

Online registration will start being accepted May 1, 2026.

Camp will be limited to 20 campers. A waitlist for each session will be started once the roster is filled.

REQUIRED FORMS

All participants are required to have a completed liability waiver and camper information/emergency contact form on file prior to the start of camp.

Please know that campers will not be able to participate until all forms have been completed and received.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check-in takes place daily at the front counter of the Heavy Hitters Facility between 8:35 AM- 8:50 AM. Before camp begins, an email will be sent out with more information about the check-in/check-out process. Camp will conclude daily at 12:00 PM.

MEALS & SNACKS

A bag of chips and a Gatorade will be provided daily for campers. If your camper has any allergies, please be sure to inform us ahead of time so that accommodations can be made.

Pizza lunch will be provided on the last day of camp only.

WHAT TO BRING/EQUIPMENT

Glove, masks, batting gloves, bat, turf/tennis shoes (Indoor days), soft or molded cleats (outdoor days), any other protective equipment your athlete uses, and water. NO METAL CLEATS OR SPIKES ARE PERMITTED FOR THIS CAMP.

CAMP COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

If the Heavy Hitters Skills Camps are cancelled for any reason outside of the control of Heavy Hitters, a full refund will be issued without request.

Heavy Hitters may cancel a camp at any time at their discretion. If Heavy Hitters decides to cancel a camp, a full refund will be issued without request.

WEATHER POLICY

If inclement weather is experienced during our skills camps, all activity will be moved indoors to the Heavy Hitters facility and you will be notified at least 2 hours prior to the start of camp via email that day.
