We are beginning the process of soliciting local businesses to sponsor the upcoming baseball season for the Heavy Hitters Travel Baseball Program, and we are hoping you might be interested in becoming a sponsor.

HH Travel Ball is a non-profit organization serving children in the greater Placer & Nevada County area. Our organization consists of athletes ranging from 7 to 13 years of age that play 8u - 13u baseball. HH Travel Ball is a new nonprofit organization: Tax ID 41-3567473

We are looking for corporate & small businesses sponsors for the 2026 season. Sponsoring a team can be a strong marketing tool and demonstrate your commitment to the children of our community. Dependent on level of sponsorship, we will display your company or organization’s name on our team banners that are displayed at all games/tournaments and hang your business banner at our facility. (Season runs from 2/2026- 10/2026)

For those who can consider sponsorship, we welcome your assistance. Your contribution helps pay tournament fees, and lowers our athletes’ monthly dues, professional instruction, trainers and equipment. We depend on our sponsors’ generosity. Our teams need financial assistance to make this season more affordable and your donations allow us to offer quality baseball instruction to the players.

You may send or bring in the signed sponsorship agreement in with your check made payable to HH Travel Ball to the above address. We will then provide you with a receipt for taxes.
